Yogi Kava Stress Relief Tea

This tea is pretty good for 'taking the edge off'. 

Although you can certainly use it at any time, I find it particularly useful when (and after) I take a pre-workout stimulant for the gym.

It's not something that is going to give you a big buzz though, it's just helpful to smooth out mild/low-moderate anxiety.

Let 2-3 bags of tea sit in hot water for about 10 minutes, add Splenda or Stevia to sweeten it a little bit.

It will smooth out of your mood and tastes pretty good (when sweetened).
